 Come enjoy this comfortable ranch-style home within short walking distance to Lake Natalie, one of three scenic lakes in the Big Bass Lake Community.  Less than half a mile from indoor pool and sauna (available on weekends except during the summer) and private ski area and snow tubing in winter.

A short drive to two different beaches, outdoor pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball and shuffle board.  Less than a 1/4 mile from the entrance to Gouldsboro State Park, which features bike trails, nature trails, picnic areas, a large lake and cross-country skiing in winter.

The home’s front entrance leads into a large open area with living room, dining room and a stone fireplace with wood supplied for chilly evenings.

The house also features a screened-in porch that offers a front-row seat to wildlife ranging from deer and rabbits to a giant flock of wild turkeys. In addition to an outdoor grill, the home has a full kitchen complete with cookware and utensils.

A stairway leads up to a cozy loft with skylight that is suitable for reading, quiet time and sleeping.

The cottage sleeps four (4) via a master bedroom (queen bed), guest bedroom (two twin beds), sleeping loft (futon) and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The variety of sleeping options and two full bathrooms help to ensure comfortable accommodations for everyone. Pets are welcome with prior approval!
